the complexities and diversity of the interrelationship between public and private economic sectors to create public value. Secondly, presents the real co-production, descriving the key aspects of design and management of the interaction. Additionally, presents a p
articular attentional with the contract as tool and actual legislation in public contracting.
The main objectives for this unit are: to undersantd the differences and similitudes between public and private groups; to stipulate a conceptual framework about public-private partnership (PPP);
to understand the logic of subcontracting and outsourcing practices or to learn the fundamentals of design and procurement management.
