The programme objectives are to provide students with:

- A complete range of knowledge on both Spanish and international Law governing business and business operations.
- The development of a critical and constructive spirit to help students functionally and strategically use the diverse tools presented.
- An education which, while not obviating the necessary theoretical framework, also gives great emphasis to the incorporation of techniques which can be applied immediately.
