- THIS PROGRAMME IS COMPATIBLE WITH PAID EMPLOYMENT. THUS, THE PARTICIPANT CAN RECEIVE RIGOROUS TRAINING IN RESEARCH SKILLS AND METHODOLOGY, WHICH FACILITATES THE ATTAINING OF A HIGH DEGREE OF SPECIALISATION IN THEIR FIELD, WITHOUT HAVING TO GIVE UP THEIR PROFESSIONAL ACTIVITY.

Admission requirements for the Master of Research in Legal Science programme:
|
|
A) An undergraduate degree or equivalent, during which the student obtained at least 180 credits in legal subjects or similar.
B) An undergraduate degree in law.
C) Another official degree from a university in Spain or elsewhere, awarded by a higher education establishment within the European Higher Education Area, which allows access to postgraduate studies in the country in which the degree was obtained.
D) Students will be admitted to the Master’s degree course if they have a qualification from a country outside of the European Higher Education Area, without having to have their qualification homologated, as long as the university confirms that the student attained a level of education equivalent to the corresponding official Spanish degree qualifications, and that the foreign qualification would allow the student access to postgraduate-level studies in their country of origin. Access via this route does not imply the homologation of the qualification attained prior the one in question, or its recognition for purposes other than to take Master’s degree programme.

Admission requirements for direct access to the PhD in Fundamentals of Law, Economic Law and Business Law:
|
|
A) A Master’s degree obtained from ESADE Law School (URL) or another university.
B) 60 ECTS credits awarded for different university Master’s degree courses.
C) An undergraduate degree corresponding to 300 ECTS credits.
D) The Diploma of Advanced Studies (DEA) or Certificate of Research Competence (CSI).

If the academic admission requirements for access to the Master’s or PhD programme are fulfilled in the research period, the candidate can start the admission process for the programme.
