We need to innovate constantly in order to build our entrepreneurial and socially responsible leadership at the global level. In order for ESADE to become a worldwide hub of knowledge, we need to substantially increase our investment in three strategic areas: our ability to attract talent, the excellence of our education and the impact of our research.

We are investing in the creation of a scholarship programme that will provide aid to participants in our undergraduate, MBA and PhD programmes. Our talent-recruitment model focuses on attracting creative, innovative, entrepreneurial-minded young people.

Each year, we invest more internal and external resources in research. Whereas our research activity used to primarily serve an academic delivery function, we now hope to become a high-performance research institution in the areas of innovation and knowledge creation in the business, legal and social areas.
