One of ESADE’s most strategic challenges is how to guarantee sustainability for future generations of its faculty and students.

So two years ago, ESADE decided to set up its first fixed endowment. An endowment is a financial formula by which only the annual profits accrued by a fund are used to further critical projects.

This system allows a balanced administration of resources, essential to ensure the school’s stability and its future funding and assets.

ESADE’s current endowment has risen to €3.9M.

Our aim is to be able to set aside part of the donations we receive every year to grow this fund.

We’ve got a long way to go before matching other schools that have a more established culture of donations and much larger endowments, but we’re convinced that we can catch them up.
