The MBA Student Association (MBASA) is a student managed body which reinforces the MBA community by organising a broad range of educational, professional, cultural, social and recreational activities. Given the number of events and clubs under the MBASA umbrella candidates are able to get actively involved. MBASA encourages motivated participants with innovative ideas to submit, develop and take ownership of new club proposals.
Apart from the MBASA organised activities aimed at unifying the ESADE community throughout the year, the MBA Tournament and Spring Fling are sporting and social events, held in Paris and Barcelona respectively. These are optional events for students interested in networking as well as exchanging views and experiences with MBA candidates from other European business schools.
The ESADE MBA Consulting Club is one of the largest and most active student-run business clubs within the student association. Our members come from both consulting and non-consulting backgrounds and possess strong quantitative and analytical skills alongside exceptional teamwork spirit. We aim to be recognized as one of the best MBA programs for consultants and strive to increase the number of students hired by top consultancies.
The ESADE MBA Finance Club was founded 3 years ago to help facilitate the entrance of ESADE MBA students into the financial services industry and other finance related jobs. We provide educational seminars and information, networking events with industry professionals and assist with job placement. We aim to develop market awareness, promote club activities, and establish professionals in Finance disciplines in areas of investment banking, capital markets, corporate finance, private equity, wealth, and asset management, and international finance.
The Net Impact Club promotes and inspires responsible leadership at ESADE with focus areas in Corporate and Social Responsibility, International Development, Social Entrepreneurship and Environmental Sustainability. The club has three core objectives: 1) To advance members' personal and professional development in these areas; 2) To inspire the wider student body to become highly responsible leaders; and 3) To provide the medium for students, faculty, the Barcelona community, and leaders worldwide to connect and innovate on issues related to socially responsible business.
The Marketing Club serves to support and provide resource for students interested in all aspects of marketing, including but not limited to: Advertising, PR, Business Development, and Sales. Our ultimate goal is to build stronger networks for our members and maximize their opportunity to gain knowledge and skills during their time at ESADE. We also equip our member with the right tools to succeed professionally in whichever Marketing field they may choose to pursue. We aim to provide knowledge and opportunities to the club members through relevant events that spark creativity and interaction, and foster professionalism in marketing.
