As demonstrated by the undertaking of The ESADE MBA, our students seek to challenge themselves, push the boundaries of their knowledge and drive their personal development. Anyone evaluating the prospect of pursuing an MBA will be aware of the demanding workload the programme entails. However, in between caffeine fuelled nights trying to stay on top of project deadlines there is also time to unleash, enjoy and leverage social networking opportunities. For those free moments, Barcelona offers countless opportunities.
The MBA Student Association (MBASA) is a student managed body which reinforces the MBA community by organising a broad range of educational, professional, cultural, social and recreational activities. MBASA encourages participants with innovative ideas to submit, develop and take ownership of new club proposals. MBASA Website

Students and companies have a close relationship during the MBA and there are many initiatives that are possible thanks to this collaboration. One of the most successful iniatives is the CaseBook. The Consulting Club has released the first-ever Esade Case Book sponsored by The Boston Consulting Group and in collaboration with Career Services. It has already proven to be an excellent preparation resource for case interviews and development of analytical thinking.
Some other examples are:
• Trends in Consulting and Financial Services Industries: A Presentation by Deloitte
• Inhouse Consulting versus External Consulting, Presentation by Deutsche Bank
• Wipro Event “The Consulting Pitch”
• Mock interview workshop with Johnson & Johnson
• Acciona Case: A school wide case competition during the first semester tackling the balance between economic, social, and environmental stakeholders.
