As companies' needs sometimes cannot wait, a common apprehension among MBA candidates relates to the opportunity cost of being out of the employment market for too long. Consistent with our focus on delivering personalised attention, we believe that each candidate deserves unique consideration which is why we have redesigned The ESADE MBA.
Thanks to our new and innovative Full Time MBA format, our candidates now enjoy greater flexibility in defining their MBA experience by being able to customise the length of study in 12, 15 or 18 months. Full Time MBA participants decide between the three formats at the end of Term 1 once they have settled into The ESADE MBA and have a clearer career vision thanks to the Career Impact Cycle. Regardless of which format candidates select, all participants start the Full Time MBA at the same time and are required to complete the exact same number of credits (90 ECTS).
When deciding whether to pursue the Full Time MBA in 12, 15 or 18 months, the main factors to evaluate are:
- Career Acceleration Strategy: Internships (only available on the 15 or 18 months Full Time MBA formats) enable participants to fill experience gaps thereby facilitating career changes into new functional areas, sectors or countries. Additionally, employers often use internships as a testing platform for potential future hires.
- Global Outlook: Our Exchange Programmes (only available on the 15 or 18 months Full Time MBA formats) allow students to increase their international exposure.
