With around 50% of student placements originating from on-campus recruiting activities, our Talent Recruitment Events are a premier option for companies and students alike. The Career Services Team organises Talent Recruitment Events throughout the year to facilitate contact between The ESADE MBA participants and recruiters. Companies from around the world representing all main sectors use the on-campus events to create brand presence, communicate career opportunities and begin interview processes.
Aligned with sector recruiting timelines, the MBA Career Forum is an annual event held in October which consists of corporate presentations and interactive networking events, attracting leading consulting firms, renowned financial services institutions and top companies in industry.
Consisting of corporate presentations and an interactive networking event, our MBA Career Forums are excellent platforms to meet recruiters face to face. Both events are highly productive for candidates and recruiters given that MBA participants do not have classes scheduled during the MBA Career Forums. This ensures a high candidate turn out and complete focus on the companies present at the events.

Corporate Presentations
Held throughout the year for companies recruiting on-campus aside from the MBA Career Forums, corporate presentations are an effective way of communicating career opportunities to our students. Typically, Corporate Presentations last an hour and companies often choose to organise informal networking cocktails afterwards.

Networking Events
Companies opting for a more informal recruitment outreach, whether on or off-campus, also host networking activities such as breakfasts, lunches, cocktails or dinners as well as other events such as case study practices or sector trend overviews.

On-campus Interviews
Most companies carry out a least a part of the recruiting process on-campus. Our modern installations include dedicated interview rooms and as well as state-of-the-art videoconferencing and telephone facilities for long distance interviews.
