Full Time MBA candidates choosing to pursue the programme in 15 or 18 months are strongly encouraged to undertake corporate internships which are of utmost importance for career changers. Internships are a unique opportunity to put into practice the new skill sets you will have acquired during the MBA and gain valuable experience in new functional areas, sectors or countries. They bridge experience gaps between your previous jobs and the new area you wish to steer your career in.
Given that internships are often used by recruiters as a testing platform for potential future hires, they should form an integral part of your job search strategy. Candidates on the Full Time MBA programme are available for internships or projects worldwide during the summer break, typically from early June to late August or September (depending on whether you opt for an international exchange).
The Full Time MBA also has the distinction to be one of the few programmes in the world allowing you to continue your project on a part time basis for the remainder of the programme in Barcelona, or cities where ESADE Business School has international exchange agreements. This effectively means that you are able to continue your professional trajectory before graduation.
