Jose Rodriguez
Our program director, brings a wealth of experience and a diverse background to the role. He held positions as an Area Manager and Research Scientist at Xerox Research in France, as well as a Data Science Program Manager at BBVA. With an impressive portfolio of over 20 patents in AI and a proven track record of leading corporate Machine Learning teams, his expertise is invaluable to the program.
Marc Torrens
Our previous program director, earned his doctorate from the prestigious Ecole Polytechnique Federale of Lausanne (EPFL) and possesses extensive international experience. Alongside his academic achievements, he is also an accomplished entrepreneur, having founded successful start-up companies in both Switzerland and the USA, in the Fintech sector. Notably, Marc has a remarkable track record in technological innovation, having developed and sold numerous patents, including some that were acquired by Apple for $5 million.
Jordi Nin
With a background in computer science and data & analytics, led risk, fraud, and money laundering projects. Currently, he is working with Huawei on a machine learning project. Has served as an exchange faculty member at Campus Aeroespacial in Toulouse and Ottawa University.
Participated in many research collaborations with BSC, CNRS, and CSIC, and has received international recognition, including The InnovaChallenge Big Data and the PhD Award.
