RECRUITMENT FAIR

With many different recruiters in one big space, a recruitment fair is a time-efficient way of boosting your knowledge and contacts and marketing yourself, too. Full of company presentations, skill seminars and interviews, it is a great opportunity to meet recruiters who are actively seeking interns and full-time employees. Held in October and February for Full-Time MBA students.

CAREER PATH SESSIONS

The Career Path Sessions helps ESADE students to acquire and develop all the necessary skills to be successful in recruitment processes. Through the day, students have the opportunity to join a series of workshops which focus on developing the main competences valued by recruiters. Through interactive exercises and group activities they experience firsthand the main tools and techniques used in a recruitment process and get feedback by experts.

COMPANY PRESENTATIONS

An alternative way for students to learn about career opportunities by attending an event for a targeted group of students. Presentations are sometimes combined with a networking event or cocktail party afterwards.

ON-CAMPUS INTERVIEWS

Most companies carry out at least part of the recruiting process on-campus. We provide all the tools and assistance so that companies and students can fully concentrate on the interview process either in person, online or via conference call.

CAREER WORKSHOPS AND TRAININGS

Participate in one of the numerous interactive company workshops and discover what career opportunities are available to you. Brush up on your interview skills or crack cases and attend sector/ industry-specific workshops to put your best foot forward after graduation.

CASE COMPETITIONS

Case competitions are an excellent opportunity to face real life challenges and try to solve real company problems by employing your newly learned skills. These case competitions are also a gateway to securing an internship or a full-time job.
