The Hult Prize is the world’s largest student competition for social good. The annual, year-long competition crowd-sources ideas from MBA and MSc students after challenging them to solve a pressing social issue around topics such as food security, water access, energy, and education. The Hult family donates US$ 1 million in seed capital to help the winning team launch a social enterprise. The Prize is a partnership between Hult International Business School and the Clinton Global Initiative (CGI). Bill Clinton selects the challenge topic and announces the winner each September.

ESADE is the only institution to reach the final round of the Hult Prize three years in a row and we hope to reach it again.

ESADE has joined forces with world-famous chef Ferran Adrià’s ElBulliFoundation, – which fosters innovation through ElBulliLab to promote a management tool that can help businesses increase their efficiency and creative longevity through innovation. The aim of this pioneering agreement is to apply creative process auditing, a groundbreaking method developed at ElBulli, to implement in business environments. The first year has been a resounding success, with several MBA and MSc teams pitching their proposals to a board of ESADE experts and Adrià himself on our Sant Cugat Campus.
