In our global economy there is a growing need for managers with the skills, understanding, and

You can spend up to four months overseas, experiencing business in a new culture, and building a world-class network. To be eligible for an MBA Exchange Program, you must opt for the 15 or 18-month track, and fulfil the academic requirements stated in the internal rules and regulations. Information about places is communicated during the first months of the program.

I chose Japan because I expected it to be a completely different destination than any I had experienced before. I wanted to learn a new language from scratch, and with the local people. Now havin lived there, I can tell you Japan is a land of incredible heritage and I recommend you explore it as much as you can.

One of the reasons I chose Esade was the strength of its partnerships with Asian schools. In Fudan, I had exposure to a wide variety of courses and types of students. I expected China to be radically different from any place I had previously lived, for the somester to be extremely educational (in and out of the classroom), and all of these expectations were met.

Full Time MBA - Class of 2017

My purpose for going to the US was to learn about the country, follow classes in a top business school, and decide whether I wanted to work in the US or not. I realised during this exchange that having three or four years of experience in America would be an asset on my CV. I strongly recommend an international exchange as an additional asset in the MBA experience.
