Biography
He has carried out his entire professional activity in the field of personnel management, as an academic, manager and consultant. As an academic, he has taught successive courses on labour relations, human resources policies, international human resource management, leadership and development of management skills. He was Director of ESADE's Department of Human Resource Management and assistant to the Dean for faculty policy.

As a manager, he was Planning Manager and, subsequently, Personnel Manager of an important textile company.

He was Senior Consultant and Director of the human resources planning and development practice of Hay Group. He has advised and carried out consultancy work for organizations from both the private and the public sector and NPOs, such as Danone, the Diputación de Barcelona and Intermón Oxfam.

He is a member of the Board of Trustees and of the Advisory Council of the Pere Tarrés Foundation.

He has been a Lecturer at ESADE since 1990. He currently runs the LEAD project, the objective of which is to integrate the development of skills into management training and to carry out research on the results of learning.
