Biography
Director of ESADE's senior management programmes "Introducing strategy through balanced scorecards" and "Management of service companies. Creating value in services".
He carries out his teaching activity as an Associate Professor of Executive Education on the In-Company Training, Executive MBA and Senior Executive Programmes; on the Part-Time and Full-Time MBA, on the Professional Master in Operations Management and on the Undergraduate Management Programme.
He advises senior management on the introduction of strategy through balanced scorecards and on the transformation of organizations toward a process-based focus.
He is a member of the editorial board of Emerald's journal Measuring Business Excellence.
He was Director of the Europe-wide ESPRIT research project: "Development of a business excellence indicator system'.
He was a Director in the senior management consultancy firm Roland Berger and Production and Organization Director of the company Philips in Spain and Belgium.
He has been an Associate Professor at ESADE since 1987 and was Director, Department of Operations Management and Innovation for eleven years.
