Biography
He is a member of the Strategic Management Society, of the Academy of Management and of the Iberoamerican Academy of Management. He has taken part in congresses and published articles in national and international journals.

He has been President of ESADE's Faculty and he is currently the Secretary General of ESADE.

The most recent books he has published are: "De la idea a la empresa" (Gestión 2000, 2003) and "Creación de empresa: los mejores textos" (Ariel Empresa, 2003).

As a consultant, he has led strategic reflection processes both in private companies and in public organizations. He is an independent director on the boards of directors of various Spanish companies.

Before joining ESADE in 1986, he was an expert of the Chamber of Commerce of Barcelona, and previously a member of parliament in the first term of the Catalan Parliament (1980-1984).
