Biography
Manuel Alfaro Faus is an Associate Professor in ESADE's Department of Marketing Management and is currently a PhD student at the Universidad de Zaragoza with the thesis: 'El espacio de compra y consumo de las personas mayores' [The purchase and consumption space of the elderly].
He is the author of the books 'Gestión rentable de clientes' [Profitable customer management] and 'Temas clave en marketing relacional' [Key issues in relationship marketing], published by McGraw Hill.
He combines the management of ESADE's Department of Marketing Management with collaboration as a founding partner of Client, Consultores en Marketing, a consultancy firm specialized in relationship marketing.
He is an adviser and director of various industrial and service companies. He was previously the founding partner and manager of several companies in the sphere of advertising (Dos x Dos) and business information (D.AD, Developing Advantages Through Business Information).
