PhD in Economics and Business Studies, Universidad Autónoma de Madrid (UAM). He prepared his PhD thesis on the subject 'The organization system of financial institutions in Spain'. He is currently taking a PhD in Psychology at the Universidad Complutense de Madrid (2nd year; line of research: Trust and the team). Diploma in Marketing, American Marketing Association (AMA). He studied Aeronautical Engineering at the ETSIA Madrid.
Director, Strategic People and Business Management (DEPN) programme, ESADE Madrid. Full Lecturer in Business Organization, Faculty of Economics and Business Studies, UAM. Assessor for the process of accreditation of senior professional coaches and executive coaches of the Spanish Coaching and Process Consulting Association (AECOP).
International consultant with recognized prestige in the area of organizational change and development. He is the founder of the Grupo Desarrollo Organizacional (1980). He has worked as a Consultant/Advisor of both public and private organizations, in various sectors, for more than 25 years.
He is the author of various publications, including the books 'La nueva dirección de personas' [The new people management] and 'Marketing para la formación de directivos' [Marketing for manager training], and of more than 150 articles in the strategy, people management and organizational learning areas.
