Biography
His fields of interest are the research design, the improvement of measurement in social sciences, with application of multivariate statistical models, mainly using structural equation models (confirmatory factor analysis, multitrait-multimethod designs, simplex models, covariance and mean structures, multigroup analysis, multiplicative effects), in survey research, attitudes measurement, emotional competences measurement and development, learning spaces, management control systems, service quality, quality of life, subjects on which he has published various articles in leading journals.
Before coming to ESADE in 1989, he has been a lecturer and Associate Professor of Statistics at the School of Engineering of Barcelona (UPC-Technical University of Catalonia) and Associate Professor of the Faculty of Psychology (University of Barcelona).
