Biography
Since 1981, he has acted as trainer and organizational consultant in the spheres of people management; change management; training policies; human resource development and evaluation, and psychosocial intervention in organizations.
He has been a lecturer and in charge of the Management Area of EPISE and has collaborated with the Department of Preventive Psychology of Mutua Universal.
He is a specialist in the design and development of teaching materials to train managers: case studies, interactive cases (business games) and role-playing games.
