Biography
She has been linked to the world of entrepreneurship, either through the creation and management of new companies, or through the introduction of strategic innovation programmes in companies and the development of new business lines. She has also developed her career in the design and application
of public policies encouraging an enterprising spirit.
She was Assistant Director of the CIDEM (Centre for Innovation and Business Development) for territorial balance policies, and held several positions in the IMPIVA (Institute for Small and Medium-sized Industry from Valencia) for the promotion of business creation. She is a consultant for companies such as Syngenta, Solvay and Arcelor, for the introduction of corporate entrepreneurship projects. She has advised organizations such as the lower and upper chamber of the Spanish parliament, the Economic and Social Council and the CIDEM, on measures to encourage an enterprising spirit.
She has given lectures and courses on entrepreneurship in various international centres, such as the UCA in Nicaragua, the Baltic Management Institute of Vilnius, and the Chamber of Commerce of Paris.
She is Director of ESADE's Entrepreneurship Centre, the mission of which is to generate and circulate knowledge on entrepreneurship.
Her main line of research is entrepreneurship in companies.
