Biography
She has always been linked to the teaching of Labour and Social Security Law, since she joined the Faculty of Law of the UAB as a Lecturer in 1993.
She has written various monographs and articles in prestigious specialized journals. Her publications include: 'El deber de negociar y la buena fe en la negociación colectiva' [The duty to negotiate and good faith in collective bargaining]; 'Aguantando el tipo. Desigualdad social y discriminación salarial' [Keeping your Composure: Social inequality and salary discrimination]; 'El nuevo delito de acoso sexual y su sanción administrativa en el ámbito laboral' [The new offence of sexual harassment and its administrative sanction in the labour sphere]; 'Autónomos dependientes: ¿una realidad a regular'' [The dependent self-employed: a reality to regulate']; 'Organització del treball i salut laboral. Bases científiques, jurídiques i tècniques per a la prevenció dels riscos psicosocials' [Organization of work and health at work. She has participated in numerous R&D projects financed by the Ministry of Education and Science.
She is in charge of training in the Labour Law Area of Baker&McKenzie Abogados.
She was Director of the IV Group of the CTESC during the year 2004-2005. She was recently appointed an Arbitrator of the TLC.
