Biography
She has been linked to the teaching of Labour and Social Security Law since joining the UAB Law Faculty as Lecturer in 1993.
She has written various monographs and articles for prestigious journals, in which she has addressed issues related to the application of fundamental laws to business, collective bargaining negotiations, recruitment methods, payment systems, risk prevention policies, family and work-life conciliation policies, employment in the civil service, new trends in Labour Law regulations, etc.
She has participated in numerous R&D projects financed by the Ministry of Education and Science, and various public and private institutions.
She is Senior Consultant in the Labour Law Area at Baker&McKenzie Abogados.
She is Minister in the III Group (Experts) of the Consell de Treball Econòmic i Social de Catalunya (CTESC), and serves as arbitrator for the Tribunal Laboral de Catalunya (TLC).
