Bartlett Castellà, Enric R.

 I have taught courses in undergraduate, master's, doctoral and continuing education programs for professionals on very diverse subjects of public law, both administrative law and economic constitutional law. I have developed most of my teaching activity at Pompeu Fabra University and Ramón Llull University Esade Law School. I have also participated in courses organized by the University of Barcelona, the University of Girona, the Escola d'Administració Pública de Catalunya/ Public Administration School of Catalonia, the Centre d'Estudis Jurídics i Formació Especialitzada de la Generalitat de Catalunya/ Centre for Legal Studies and Specialized Training of the Generalitat de Catalunya/  or the Escuela Judicial del Consejo General del Poder Judicial /Judicial School of the General Council of the Judiciary, among others. I have also taught courses or lectured in academic centres in other States, such as Mexico, Nicaragua and the United Kingdom.Currently, I teach courses in Environmental Law and Urban Planning Law, as well as Economic Regulation Law in the Master's Degree in Access to the Legal Profession. I also led the Human Rights Seminar in the Undergraduate programme. 

  My most recent studies deal with regulating the economy to achieve a just energy transition, focusing on the internal European energy market, energy communities, fighting energy poverty, investment protection, or promoting innovation.  Previously, at other points in my professional career, I have reflected and made proposals about the institutions of Ombudsman/Defensor del Pueblo, with particular attention to the Síndic de Greuges de Catalunya, and of matters in which these institutions are particularly active thus, for example: immigration, police, dependency care, penitentiary services or, in general, quality of public services. I have also carried out work dedicated to disseminating and commenting on the functioning of public services and the defence of human rights, as well as analyses and proposals on regulating lobbies or interest groups.In 2023, after a positive assessment by the CNEAI advisory committee of my research activity for 2005-2021 both included in field 09 Law and Jurisprudence, I got a research section recognized.
