Biography
She holds a Degree in Business Administration, a Master in Economic Theory and a PhD in Financial Economics, which has provided her with a wide approach to Finance. She has been lecturer at the Department of Finance Management and Control of ESADE, undertaking research and teaching activities. The Stock Market has been a topic of interest for her research since her dissertation. Her areas of interest also include derivatives, valuation and their use for market risk management and credit risk.
Her research activities currently focus on credit risk, mainly the project Merito, financed by the Ministry of Technology. Furthermore, she is currently working on the development of new teaching subjects, such as risk management and portfolio management.
