Biography
He has been linked mainly to the public sector and to the not-for-profit sector, although he has also carried out business activities.
He was Manager of the Social Welfare Sector of Barcelona City Council; Manager of the Barcelona Institute of Metropolitan Studies; Managing Director of INITS, SA de Consultores; Manager of the Professional Associations of Arts and Sciences of Catalonia, and of the Professional Association of Psychologists of Catalonia, and Manager of Avenç SA. He has also carried out consultancy work for the main Spanish public administrations and for the United Nations, the Inter-American Development Bank and the European Union.
He is Manager of BoraKasi, SA, Consultors en Gestió Pública, and member of the Advisory Board of the Dependent Peolple Health Care Programme, Generalitat de Catalunya.
Diploma in Managerial Function in Local Administrations from ESADE (1990).

He has lectured at ESADE since the end of 1999.
