Multiplying Innovation in Times of Crisis

Session 4 Madrid, Monday, 23 June 2008, 9.30 to 18.00 h.

Topics covered

For our business culture to maximise returns from innovation a medium to long-term vision is required, sometimes a really expensive exercise and one with unpredictable results. While many organisations that work on this timescale only use a fraction of their true 'creative talent', when faced with a situation of crisis, they may triple it or more.
Breaking molds and finding new solutions is the way to go. In this seminar, we give some specific and unusual management guidelines for the daily routine of companies to help them achieve this.
