Times of crisis in a company usually create opportunities to think about strategy and prepare for the future. Opportunities are multiplied when the company operates in an international context, with global opportunities.
Built around experiences of companies that have emerged strengthened from hard times and on participants' own experience, the seminar aims to explore value creation from the corporate strategy perspective in contexts of crisis.

Led by Pedro Parada Balderrama, Associate Professor in ESADE's Department of Business Policy.
