Today’s environment is undergoing intense changes. Does anyone really doubt that? Mergers, acquisitions, spin-offs, plant closings and staff reductions... Even the public sector is likely to enter into this kind of dynamic sometime soon. What will happen with talent and personnel management during these processes? What elements and what roles will heads of human resources and functional managers have to take on?
At the session, participants will reflect on the various dynamics established in these processes and learn how to distinguish between what is important and what is incidental, from the perspective of talent and personnel management.
