MASTER IN CORPORATE FINANCE & LAW

This programme takes a clear multidisciplinary approach that combines academic and practical points of view. Its academic content includes legal, commercial, fiscal, financial and accounting-related aspects related to the core operations of the programme.
Its practical content, based on the case method and encompassing the aforementioned commercial, financial, fiscal and accounting-related aspects, consists of comprehensive studies of corporate finance operations. The chronology and complexity of these cases illustrate the subjects covered over the course of the programme.

 

Holders of university degrees in law, economics, business studies, business administration or technical subjects who have professional experience in the financial, legal or corporate sectors.

• Students acquire a complete and multidisciplinary store of knowledge with regard to the legal, financial, fiscal and accounting-related regulations governing corporate finance operations at both the national and international levels.
• They also develop a capacity for critical and constructive insight that allows the functional and strategic use of different instruments and financial techniques.
• Students receive an interdisciplinary education characterised by an emphasis on practical application combined with recognition of the need for theoretical content.
