Key Legal Aspects of the new Reform on Labour Law and its strategic influence on Human Resources

  • Knowledge of the key legal issues of the regulatory framework that determines the strategic management of human resources. 
     
  • Identification of the areas of flexibility and adaptability permitted by the framework and identification of their limitations.
     
  • Optimisation of the framework’s potential for efficient management of the human factor, minimising the risks of organisational conflict and litigation.
     
  • Establishment of the areas and conditions for workers’ representative participation in human resource decision-making processes.
     
  • Consideration of commonalities in the different industrial relations systems, at the comparative and globalisation levels, regarding human resources.


 

This advanced programme is aimed at general managers, HR directors and heads of legal departments who have over eight years’ management experience and who are involved in human resource strategic management.
  • Links between strategy, human resources and regulatory framework.  
     
  • Employer and employee within the employment framework. 
     
  • Trade unions and business associations in modern-day labour relations. 
     
  • Legal framework of human resource globalisation. 
     
  • Growing importance of basic human rights in human resource management and its impact on company powers.   
     
  • Functions of employment contracts in company organisation and their future changes.  
     
  • Flexibility of labour benefits
     
  • Corporate powers of control and discipline and their role in productivity.  
     
  • Role of labour relations in corporate outsourcing operations, and in company mergers and splits.  
     
  • Legal system of workforce restructuring processes.

This is a very practical programme.

The first part of the programme will discuss the topics planned in accordance with the syllabus. In the second part, an executive or an invited expert will share their ideas and experiences related to the topic under discussion, encouraging open and deep participation among participants and faculty.
