- MIXED FACE-TO-FACE AND ONLINE MODEL
The programme consists of nine face-to-face sessions and six online sessions. This mixed model was designed to suit the needs of companies and participants. The online sessions of Block 2 are structured as follows. Prior to the session, participants receive a file of pre-session exercises to work on. During the online session, the teacher summarises the content and presents the solutions to the cases and questions.
Class time is characterised by participatory sessions, group work, presentations, virtual simulations, and other activities. Participants have the chance to set out and debate key concepts related to management and to the design of business development strategies. In order for the participants to optimise their class time, they are invited – individually or in groups – to prepare thematic workshop sessions and a wrap-up workshop session in order to help sustain value creation within their companies or organisations.
- INTERACTION AMONG PARTICIPANTS
One of the key elements of this learning model is the contribution of the students themselves. The experiences they share help to enrich the knowledge acquired both inside and outside of the classroom. All aspects of this programme – the selection of participants, the group discussions, the work lunches and the social activities – are designed to promote dynamic exchange and the sharing of knowledge among classmates who represent a wide range of sectors and fields. The participants develop friendships and a business contact network that they take with them after they leave the classroom.
The programme requires students to make a personal commitment to complete the pre-session exercises before all sessions, whether face-to-face or online, and to develop an implementation plan.
