METHODOLOGY ADAPTED TO STUDENTS’ NEEDS
This programme is an open forum for ideas and knowledge, in which each participant plays a leading role in the learning process. Our method is to continually challenge preconceived ideas and traditional educational processes.

DYNAMIC LEARNING
Class time is characterised by participatory sessions, group work, presentations, virtual simulations, and other activities. Participants will have the chance to set out and debate key concepts related to management and to the design of business development strategies.
Participants are invited to prepare various thematic workshop sessions, as well as one summing-up session, as a means of supporting sustained value creation for their companies or organisations.

INTERACTION
One key element of this educational model is, without a doubt, the contribution of the participants themselves, who, by sharing their experiences, enrich the knowledge they acquire both inside and outside of the classroom.
All aspects of this programme – the selection of participants, the group discussions, the work lunches and the social activities – are designed to promote dynamic exchange and the sharing of knowledge among classmates who represent a wide range of sectors and fields.
