Program for the Advanced Management in a Globalized Environment

This programme will equip participants with a variety of modern management tools and capacities enabling them to seize opportunities in the international business world and deal successfully with competition. 
 
It also provides conceptual frameworks offering a more in-depth understanding of the problems inherent in growth and how to pinpoint new opportunities and turn them to the company’s advantage.

It is intended for businesspeople and executives at the very highest level with more than 10 years’ experience in posts of great responsibility and weight in their organisations. This programme is ideal for company directors seeking to compete in the international arena, including executives with more responsibility following the international growth of their organisations.
 
The programme will be taught in Spanish although participants must be able to understand texts in English and be willing to share their experiences, viewpoints and knowledge with the rest of the group.
