The programme's goal is to help business families to maintain their ability to create value over time through learning and the development of opportunities, methodologies and tools to enable the transformation of the family-run business.

At the end of the programme, participants will have:

• Understood their characteristics as a family business
   
• Diagnosed their current situation
   
• Identified the required transformation vectors in their particular case
   
• Developed a transformation strategy for a given period

The programme is aimed at members of business families who aspire to continue being families capable of supporting value-creating business projects:
