  • Improved comprehension of the business environment.

  • Improved decision-making abilities.

  • Ability to lead and develop people.

  • Skills to understand the needs of an organisation in a competitive environment and with an international dimension.

  • Ability to envisage the future and manage change.

The program is aimed at senior managers who are committed to the development of their businesses and have the ability to lead. Participants are either general managers from all types of businesses, or managers beginning to assume general management responsibilities.

The program is also aimed at managers who wish to add to their training and experience by raising their skills and knowledge to the highest possible level.

Benefits for participants

Management capabilities
The program enables participants to gain a thorough and applied understanding of the criteria and working methods for managing an organisation. Participants will learn to make more accurate analyses and better decisions. As a result, participants will be able to more efficiently manage processes and match the activities and resources of an organisation to its strategic needs.

Executive skills
The program is an ideal opportunity for analysis and reflection by each participant on their own management skills and leadership abilities. Participants define their own personal development strategy and skills using a methodology that includes role playing and teamwork.

People management and development
A key function of senior management is to enable an organisation to grow by encouraging the personal development of employees and work teams. This function is one of the main learning objectives of the Advanced Management Program (AMP). Various methodologies deal with key business and people management skills. This area receives special in-depth treatment in some of the most important program modules.

Methodological diversity
The program uses various tools for learning and development. Some tools are used during the program and others will be used by the participants throughout their professional lives – thereby increasing their ability to manage their own development.

Benefits for businesses

Train and retain high-potential managers
The most committed and motivated professionals seek the training and qualifications that guarantee progress within a company. Supplementary training enables participants to advance professionally by assuming greater responsibilities. Investing in a senior management program for these individuals creates a sense of loyalty and trust that encourages them to stay with the company.

New perspectives and directions
Participants will become managers capable of leading their companies into the future. Participants in the program develop an understanding of business practices by sharing their experiences. This will enable the participants to better face the challenges of tomorrow, offer greater value to clients, and develop the skills needed to lead multi-cultural teams.

One of the keys of this learning model is the contribution made by participants. The knowledge acquired inside and outside the classroom is enriched by an exchange of experiences.

The selection of participants, group discussions, working lunches, and social activities encourage a dynamic exchange of knowledge between individuals from various sectors and business fields. Participants establish relationships that last a lifetime.

Learning and skills development is tackled through an analysis of cases and experiences, discussions, group work, and management simulations.

Technology becomes an integrated factor in the learning experience by using the Internet and the program website. Information technologies are transformed into rich formulas that help share resources and knowledge.
