METHODOLOGY ADAPTED TO THE PROGRAMME’S OBJECTIVES

The programme highlights the operational aspects of people management in organisations and emphasises the learning process, the active involvement of participants and the development of their skills.

DYNAMIC LEARNING

Interaction
One of the key elements of this learning model is undoubtedly the participants’ own contributions to enriching knowledge acquired in and out of the classroom through sharing their experiences. The mix of participants, group discussions, working lunches, etc. are all intended to encourage a dynamic environment of exchange and knowledge-sharing among participants from different functional areas and business sectors.

Dedication
Attending classes, preparing cases, exercises and other material, and teamwork require participants to take on a major commitment.
