This programme is run in partnership with businesses and organisations interested in participating in management development and refresher courses, both in terms of contents as well as in the development of skills and abilities. Through this programme, we offer the opportunity to develop a lasting relationship and become a partner capable of advising companies and organisations on how to develop executives talents and meet their management development needs.

Along with the programme directors, organisations and executives themselves will be responsible for defining their customised development programme.

Participants can choose from among ESADE Business School's Executive Education portfolio at www.exed.esade.edu the programmes that best suit their own executive development needs, irrespective of the area to which they might belong, focusing on general management and strategy programmes, or specialising in a specific functional area.

For this programme, executives should enrol on at least 3 19-day programmes, to be completed over three academic years. In addition to the specific certificates accrediting the completion of each programme, participants will attain the Executive Development Certificate.

Annual purchase of various programmes for several executives

When your organisation submits a formal proposal to purchase several programmes in the same year (academic or natural), a professional from our team analyses and assesses the amount of your investment. The minimum number of purchased programme is three. These can be separate programmes for the same executive, or various registrations for several different executives.

We offer different opportunities depending on the number of days purchased. As a result, our partners are given a significant discount on the market value.

To qualify for this option, your company should submit a written proposal for the year's management development programmes, and the applicable discounts will be based on this plan.
