Managing Operations and Global Supply Chains

This program will provide managerial tools, knowledge, and insights on:
- New approaches for coordinating and working with suppliers and strategic partners in the company's global supply chain
- Strategies for owning, controlling, coordinating, and managing the company's extended global supply network
- Aligning the incentives of the different players throughout the supply chain to develop successful collaboration relationships
- Financial evaluation and supply chain metrics for management of the overall supply chain
- Charting strategic roles for international factories, R&D or service centers
The program is designed for:
- Executives involved in setting strategies for company's global supply chains, international procurement, outsourcing and subcontracting
- Senior managers running production, distribution, procurement, field services, or other operations
- Specialists in the industries that provide global supply chain and logistics services (e.g., freight and shipping services, transportation services, 3PLs)
- Learning about the methods and practices used by leading companies that excel in the management of their global supply networks
- A collection of different models, supply chain metrics, examples, cases and experiences that you can apply in your company.
