It is a two-phase process. First, ESADE will conducted jointly with the organization, a detailed analysis that evaluates:
- The adequacy of the candidate for the program
- The program's ability to drive the candidate's management development
The evaluation is completed with a series of personal interviews.
What is the class schedule of the Program for Management Development (PMD)?
Friday 15:30 to 20:30 h and Saturdays 9:00 a 14:00 h.

To accelerate the management degree of the participant by focusing on their individual skills and abilities and professional and personal competencies.

The program is designed for Area Managers or professionals with technical responsibilities and more than five years experience, who wish to advance their management careers.
