The Board of Trustees is the governing body of the ESADE Foundation. Its main purpose is to maintain and foster strong links between ESADE and the business community in order to train future managers.This is based on the experience of company owners and their knowledge of new market trends. These trends are then incorporated in ESADE's programmes.

Meanwhile, the Assembly of Members of the ESADE Foundation is a body of people and entities whose mission is to inform and advise the Board of Trustees on the needs, orientation and evolution of civil society, actively contributing to ESADE¿s educational project.
