In collaboration with the University of Sheffield (UK), the Consultancy Academy (UK), Inova Consulting (UK), ALBA (Greece) and Pinaforte (Spain), ESADE Business School is developing the European Business Growth Catalyst (EBGC). This unique project aims to equip small and medium-sized enterprises with the tools they need to conduct an in-depth analysis of their business and to grow within their home countries and abroad.

Funded by the European Commission, the project benefits from the professional experience of the EBGC team. Companies selected for the project will receive grants from the European Commission to cover the cost of their participation.

The training programme consists of six month-long modules and follows a consulting-process methodology. Throughout the programme, participants will use an online learning hub to access educational materials and conduct online discussions with other members of the EBGC community across Europe.

The objective of the EBGC team is to combine the talents of entrepreneurs with the knowledge of Europe’s leading business schools to deliver a growth programme focused on teaching the skills that companies and micro-companies need to improve their organisation and on helping entrepreneurs to grow as leaders.
