A new collaboration agreement signed by the ESADE Foundation and Coca-Cola will lead to the creation of Coca-Cola Scholarships, which will fund the undergraduate studies of two female students.

The agreement shows that the two institutions are working towards the common goal of offering future opportunities to talented young people who could not otherwise afford to pursue a degree.

The agreement was signed by Eugenia Bieto, Director General of ESADE, and Sol Daurella, Chairman of Coca-Cola European Partners. The new agreement reinforces the relationship between the two institutions, which share common concerns and a social vision.

Ms. Bieto, “The signing of this agreement is a great demonstration of support for ESADE and for one of our strategic projects. The Scholarship Programme is our tool for attracting the best talent to our classrooms without the obstruction of economic barriers. It is a great honour to have Coca-Cola’s collaboration.”

“At Coca-Cola, diversity is a sign of identity and a source of value for our business,” commented Ms. Daurella. “We consider education and training to be the essential pathway for improving opportunities and the future of young people, and women in particular. This is the way to help them believe in themselves and pursue their dreams. It is therefore imperative that companies like ours collaborate on projects and programmes that, to the extent possible, improve this situation and foster inclusion, equal opportunities and talent.”
