Pannel discussion with Javier Garilleti, Beatriz Herrera and Silvia Agulló

What do companies expect from NGOs in their collaborative projects? NGOs have an interest in partnering with companies because of the funding and contacts they can provide, as well as the access it affords them to their distinctive competencies, which can be useful in cooperation projects. But what interest do companies have in partnering with NGOs? Companies increasingly seek to contribute to social and environmental projects in which they can play a prominent role alongside NGOs, projects in which they can help deliver the expected results based on their areas of expertise, whilst at the same time boosting their reputation and credibility, aligning their actions with the values they wish to convey.

Obra Social ”la Caixa” and the ESADE Institute for Social Innovation are pleased to invite you to discuss and analyse the expectations, experiences and lessons learnt of three companies in their collaborations with NGOs.

With the assistance of:
Javier Garilleti, executive Director at Fundación EY
Beatriz Herrera, Director at Responsabilidad Corporativa and at Fundación Mahou San Miguel
Silvia Agulló, Repuation and Responsible Business at Grupo DKV (TBC)
