ESADE and SERES Foundation series. Volunteering: New Trends in Employee Participation

At this session, we will share formulas that companies have been developing to get their employees involved in social projects. We will learn about new approaches to this sort of work, how they relate to business, and the business value they generate, as well as the social impact of these actions.

We will discuss the experience of three companies from different sectors, each with a different employee profile and scale of activity.
