A good company appraisal consists of a very important subjective part and a theoretical and conceptual foundation which we have to apply.

Jordi Fabregat

He has worked as Comptroller for a French multinational in the textile industry that distributes its products through its own stores and via its catalogue and as General Director of the manufacturing firm that supplied that multinational. Prior to that, he served as Manager for a chain of shoe shops.

He has taught in Portugal, Argentina, Brazil, Mexico and Cuba. His PhD thesis addressed the process of going public in the Spanish market and the Neuer Markt. His areas of interest include financial analysis and planning, investment decision-making and its effect on value creation, and company appraisals, especially unlisted companies, for acquisition processes, the search for new investors to expand capital or to sell shares.

He has consulted for investors and entrepreneurs in numerous corporate appraisals. He is also a member of the Spanish Institute of Financial Analysts (IEAF) and participates on various corporate management boards. He is also certified as an Expert in Corporate Appraisals (CEVE) by the IEAF.
