Call for papers

VI ESADE INTERNATIONAL DOCTORAL TOURISM AND LEISURE COLLOQUIUM

ESADE, 21st May 2008
 
The Organising Committee of the VI ESADE International Doctoral Tourism and Leisure Colloquium calls for research papers related with the following lines:
    A. Tourism business management
    B. Tourism destination management
    C. Tourism consumers

Authors should be doctors, doctoral students or experts in the field of research. Papers will be accepted in English or in Spanish. However, public presentations should be made in English.

At the discretion of the Academic Committee, the author or authors of the two best papers will be awarded 1,500 euros and 500 euros, respectively.

All papers to be presented will be published on the website of the XVII ESADE International Tourism and Leisure Symposium and on a CD which will be distributed to attendees during the event.

Furthermore, the authors may choose to publish their papers in the Revista de Análisis Turístico [Journal of Tourism Analysis], edited by the Spanish Association of Scientific Experts on Tourism (AECIT), ISBN 1885-2564, DL B-39009.

5 March 2008 Communication of the acceptance of presented abstracts, following assessment by the corresponding committee.
7 March 2008 Deadline for applying for ESADE funding/grants.
