ESADE Careers Events

Maximize your career opportunities: As an ESADE student, you can attend numerous events with recruiters from various business sectors that the school organises each year. They are aligned with your abilities as a candidate and give you personal access to recruiters and job offers from companies and law firms.
Recruitment Fairs

With many different recruiters in one space, ESADE Recruitment Fairs are time-efficient ways of marketing yourself while expanding your knowledge and contacts.
These are organised throughout the year across courses and sectors to fit the schedules of the companies and law firms in attendance. This ensures that recruiters are able to select students for vacant roles, whether internships or full time positions

The events calendar is adapted to the times of the year when companies and firms begin their selection processes. Every year, events organized include:

Corporate Presentations
Find out more about a specific sector or organisation by attending a corporate presentation. Typically, the recruiter will make a presentation about their business and the opportunities available. The presentations are often followed by a networking event with drinks and snacks – a great way to speak to representatives in a relaxed setting.
Career Workshops and Skills Sessions
Recruiters often run interactive workshops for selected groups of students on specific topics. Examples include ‘negotiation skills’, ‘assessment centers’ and ‘mastering case study interviews’. These sessions sometimes include careers and application advice too, and tips on how to develop your career in a particular business area.
Case Competitions
Many companies present their case competitions on campus. In a case competition, participants must find the best solution to a case posed by a company within a limited period of time. Normally, students form teams of two or more people and present their results to a panel of judges, who choose the winning team. By participating in a case competition, you’ll have the chance to demonstrate your knowledge and skills through a real-life test in the presence of recruiters and company representatives. These competitions are an excellent opportunity for you to expand your network of professional contacts and, in many cases, to enter a company’s selection process directly.
On & Off Campus Interviews
We work with organisations at many stages of their recruitment process, so you may be able to attend a first- or second-round interview on campus. This applies to both internships and full-time positions.
