Lead Course

The goal of the Leadership Assessment and Development course (LEAD) is for you to learn a method for assessing your knowledge, abilities, and values relevant to management and leadership, and for developing and implementing plans for acquiring new management and leadership related knowledge and abilities throughout your career.  In order to pursue this goal you will:

     a) Generate data through a variety of assessment methods designed to reveal your  interests, abilities, values, and knowledge related to managerial and leadership effectiveness;

     b) Learn how to interpret this assessment data and use it to design and plan developmental activities during the period of the MBA program;

    c) Become an effective member of a learning group through your participation in a Learning Team.
