Interview Practice

Interviewing is a learned skill that improves with practice. It is therefore essential that you take the opportunity to think about what you would say and how you will say it before you get to an interview with your target company. Ways of practicing interviews include:

• Attend an interview practice session with ESADE MBA Career Services.
• Practice with InterviewStream.
• Get fellow students, alumni, friends and family to offer you mock interviews, using the Common Interview Questions.
• After attending a real interview, make notes afterwards on the questions you were asked, what you did well and what you think you could have done better.

At the CRC you can also find the DVD "Mastering the job interview" (61.24) in order to practice interviews, see the answer of other MBAs to the 12 most common questions and feedback from Career Experts.
